We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or government agency, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. No Government Affiliation

EIN Compliance Service LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any other federal, state, or local government entity. The EIN application (Form SS-4) may be completed and submitted directly with the IRS at no cost. Our fees are charged solely for convenience, document preparation, and submission assistance services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, review all information prior to submission, use our services only for lawful purposes, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. EIN Compliance Service LLC is not responsible for errors, delays, rejections, or penalties caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize EIN Compliance Service LLC to charge the listed amount. All fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Processing Time and Delivery

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. EIN issuance timelines are determined solely by the IRS. EIN Compliance Service LLC is not responsible for IRS delays, system outages, processing errors, or denials.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we make reasonable efforts to assist with accurate filing, EIN Compliance Service LLC does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or issuance of an EIN.

8. No Legal or Tax Advice

Nothing on our website or provided through our services constitutes legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed on our website are the exclusive property of EIN Compliance Service LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
