Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services provided by EIN Compliance Service LLC.

Nature of Services

EIN Compliance Service LLC provides document preparation and EIN filing assistance services. Fees charged are for time, labor, and administrative processing, not for government filing fees.

Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation only before processing has begun. Once processing starts—including document review, data entry, or submission preparation—the order cannot be canceled.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • A duplicate order was placed in error
  • Payment was made in error
  • Processing had not yet begun

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

All fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, including but not limited to:

  • Preparation of Form SS-4
  • Submission to the IRS
  • Administrative review or corrections

No Guarantee of EIN Issuance

EIN Compliance Service LLC does not guarantee EIN approval or issuance. IRS denial, delay, or rejection does not qualify for a refund.

Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

Refunds will not be issued for delays or denials caused by:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Failure to respond to information requests
  • Changes requested after submission

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact support@eincomplianceservice.com before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in service suspension and may be disputed with supporting documentation.

Processing Time for Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment processor.

Policy Changes

EIN Compliance Service LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
